We are GREEN
Coopersville East Elementary prides itself on being a "GREEN" school. When students are caught being "GREEN," they are given a green smiley bracelet. Mr. DeRidder announces green bracelet winners every day during morning announcements. As green bracelets are awarded, the school's smile chart fills up. Once completely filled, the entire school earns a reward.

Challenge – challenge yourself to act. You’ve invited yourself to think of ways to make a difference in how others are treated at school, now it’s time to act.
Empower – empower others to make change. Be a positive role model and encourage others to join the movement.
